Thanks, man, I just purchased my first DSLR Nikon D7200; although somewhat of a photog and do my fair amount of photography for website work, etc; it is my wish to take it to the next level – your videos are great, easy to understand, and coherent. Keep up the good work! You are a camera wizard.

I just bought a dslr camera this week and I've watched hours of YouTube tutorials in order to learn about photography. Without a doubt, this has been the most helpful video of them all. Straightforward, clear explanations, no injections of confusing/pretentious jargon. Thank you.

I love how some people in the comments are actually solely Slow Mo Guys watchers and don't know much about Achievement Hunter save the mentions they get in the videos here. They all see Gavin as the goofy yet intelligent guy he really is, and while you see the same in Achievement Hunter, it's more his job to seem less intelligent than he actually is. And, in Achievement Hunter, there's still a large part of his personality you completely miss because he's with another group of people with different personalities. It's just fascinating to me how the same person can be perceived as something so different by different people just because he's in a different environment. A lot of people don't even make the connection that he's the same guy.

Unrelated to the subject, that 7D is a testimony to how rugged cameras these days are. They don't really need to be pampered like most people do.
